About Strength in the Shadow
My mission is to help adults move through trauma, fear, and anxiety by integrating life coaching and fitness practices (like strength-based training). I believe healing comes through a holistic approach of mind, body and soul. We cannot heal one without the other.
I am Michelle Kenyon, a professional counselor candidate and life coach. My approach is trauma-informed and I draw on many modalities to help clients heal and grow. I believe in harnessing both mind and body to rebuild confidence, resilience, and hope. I strongly encourage fitness through modalities like strength training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Through one-on-one therapy (Texas*), international coaching, group coaching programs, and on-demand classes, Strength in the Shadows exists to help you rise from the shadows into strength and light.
